Daibutsu Kiridoshi

Daibutsu Kiridoshi is one of the “Seven Entrances of Kamakura,” running past the west side of the Great Buddha toward Fukazawa and Fujisawa. It was likely cut sometime between 1241 and 1250, and the old carved-through terrain survives today as a National Historic Site.
