Nagoe Kiridoshi

Nagoe Kiridoshi is one of the “Seven Entrances of Kamakura,” a pass linking Kamakura to Zushi and the Miura Peninsula. Clusters of yagura (medieval rock-cut tombs), including the Mandarado group, survive nearby, and most of the route is preserved as a National Historic Site. Its rugged terrain gave it a stronger defensive character than some of the other six passes.
