Hagi Six IslandsHagi Rokuto

Also known as: 萩六島・Hagi Rokuto

Six islands off Hagi: Oshima, Aishima, Hitsushima, Hashima, Hijima and Ojima. All are volcanoes of the Abu Volcano Group, flat lava plateaus formed as lava spread and hardened. Mishima lies more than 40 km farther out and is not counted among the six.
