Also known as: 長門ゆずきち・ゆずきち・Yuzukichi
A sour citrus related to kabosu and sudachi and original to Yamaguchi, with a refreshing aroma and mellow acidity. Locals squeeze it into soy sauce for sashimi. Nagato is the prefecture's largest producer, and the name was registered as a regional collective trademark in 2007.
