Also known as: 地理的表示「萩」・GI萩・GI Hagi
A Geographical Indication designated on March 30, 2021 for sake from six breweries in Hagi and Abu. It was the first such designation for an alcoholic beverage in the Chugoku-Shikoku region, and its rules require rice grown and water drawn inside the area.
