Kanagawa Prefecture
A prefecture in the southwestern Kanto region, with Yokohama as its capital. It has Japan's second-largest prefectural population, at roughly 9.2 million, and faces both Tokyo Bay and Sagami Bay. The Miura Peninsula, home to Zushi, Hayama, Yokosuka, and Kamakura, sits within it and has developed as a seaside residential and villa area.
