Fukuro-seriFukuro-seri

Also known as: 袋セリ・袋競り・袋せり・bag auction

The auction style used for fugu at Haedomari Market. The auctioneer and the buyer clasp hands inside a cloth bag and signal the price by the way they grip fingers, so nobody else can see the bid. The Fuku Federation says Haedomari is the only market that uses it.
