採草hay cutting

In autumn, grassland grass is cut and dried for winter feed and bedding for cattle and horses. The used grass eventually becomes compost returned to the fields, making hay cutting one of three pillars — alongside controlled burning and grazing — of Aso's cyclical grassland agriculture.
