Former Higashifushimi-no-miya Hayama Villa

Built around 1914 as a villa for Prince Higashifushimi Yorihito, with its Western-style wing designed by Imperial Household Ministry architect Kishi Kozaburo. Clad in horizontal siding with Secession-style details, it is considered the only surviving villa that still shows the look of Meiji-era imperial Western architecture in Hayama, and is now a Registered Tangible Cultural Property.
