Also known as: 令・佐波令・仁井令・上宇野令

The character 令 in place names of central Yamaguchi. Niiryo and Higashi-Sabaryo in Hofu take ryo, while Kamiunorei in Yamaguchi City takes rei. Saba-ryo was a long-flourishing area where the Suo provincial office and provincial temple were located.
