Nakijin Castle SiteNakijin-jo Ato

Also known as: 今帰仁城跡・今帰仁城・Nakijin Castle

The ruins of a hilltop castle built by the Hokuzan king in the Sanzan period, known for its long, undulating stone walls. Set on a height in the northern main island, it is one of the component gusuku of the World Heritage site.
