Also known as: 手羽先・Nagoya chicken wings

Nagoya's celebrated bar snack of deep-fried chicken wing tips glazed in a sweet-soy-based sauce and finished with a coating of cracked pepper and sesame seeds. The wings are served whole without being deboned, and local lore holds that a proper Nagoya native can eat them cleanly with no wasted meat.
