ShirokumaShirokuma
A shaved-ice dessert invented in 1947 at the Mujyaki shop in Tenmonkan, topped with condensed milk, raisins, and colorful fruit arranged to resemble a polar bear's face, hence its name, which literally means white bear. It originated in Kagoshima and remains a signature local sweet.
