Naruminarumi
Also known as: 鳴海・鳴海宿・Narumi-juku
A district in Midori Ward, Nagoya, once the site of the Narumi-juku post-station on the Tokaido highway. Together with the neighbouring Arimatsu district, it formed the historic centre of the celebrated shibori (tie-dyeing) craft tradition.
