Nagoya Festivalnagoya-matsuri

Also known as: 名古屋まつり・Nagoya Matsuri

The city's largest annual festival, held each autumn in the streets of central Nagoya. Its headline event is the Eiketsu Gyōretsu historical parade, in which performers dressed as the three hometown heroes — Nobunaga, Hideyoshi, and Ieyasu — march through the city alongside musicians, dancers, and elaborate floats.
