Meijo Linemeijo-line

Also known as: 名城線・Nagoya Municipal Subway Meijo Line

A line on the Nagoya Municipal Subway system and Japan's first subway line to operate as a complete loop, circling the city centre without a terminus. It connects major points including Nagoya Castle and Sakae, and its purple line colour is instantly recognisable on Nagoya transit maps.
