Kakuni manju
Kakuni manju is a street-food bun that sandwiches braised pork belly, rooted in Nagasaki's shippoku cuisine, inside soft steamed-bun dough. Sold as a signature item by shops including Iwasaki Honpo, it has become an established Nagasaki specialty only in recent years.
