Tetsugaku-no-michi (Philosopher's Path)Tetsugaku-no-michi

Also known as: Philosopher's Path・哲学の道

A walking path in Sakyo Ward along the Lake Biwa Canal from Nyakuoji Bridge to Ginkaku-ji Bridge. Named for philosophers such as Nishida Kitaro who strolled it in thought, it is a celebrated spot for cherry blossoms.
