Kumoba Pond
Also known as: Swan Lake
This artificial pond was created in the Taisho era when trading merchant Genjiro Nozawa dammed the Kumoba River. Known locally as Omizubata, it also carries the nickname Swan Lake, after the swans that visit each winter.
