Soga Shrine
Soga Shrine sits directly behind Izumo Taisha's main hall and enshrines Susanoo, considered the father of Okuninushi in the shrine's genealogy. It is known for a custom of taking home sand placed beneath the shrine, often exchanged for sand first collected at Inasa Beach.
