Aizu SakeAizu no Sake
Also known as: Aizuwakamatsu Sake
Sake brewed in the Aizu region using ultra-soft snowmelt water from the Iide and Bandai mountain ranges together with locally grown rice. Aizuwakamatsu is still home to several breweries, including Suehiro, founded in 1850, and Tsurunoe, founded in 1794 and known for its female toji.
