SENDAI Pageant of StarlightSENDAI Hikari no Pageant

A winter event in Sendai held every December that lights up the zelkova trees along Jozenji-dori with hundreds of thousands of bulbs. It is said to have begun in 1986 at the suggestion of local residents.
