Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWERmirai-tower
Also known as: 中部電力MIRAI TOWER・名古屋テレビ塔・テレビ塔・Nagoya TV Tower
An observation and broadcasting tower standing in the Hisaya Ōdōri Park in Sakae, Nagoya. Completed in 1954, it was Japan's first consolidated broadcast tower and is today designated an Important Cultural Property. It was long known as Nagoya TV Tower before being renamed for a corporate sponsor.
